As was stated above, when you toss the bols and catch them on the beats, it links you
into the music
.  I can't explain it!   Why would catching soft weighted balls in time
with music produce a strong tactile and emotional response?  Another question; how
could something so simple remain hidden for so long?  I do not know that answer
either, but when I publish this it will no longer be hidden.
bouboling  -  the overall name of the system encompassing the three swooops of:
boubols
the soft weighted balls > toning balls to the industry > bols for brevity

bubb'n
the term for releasing and catching the bols > the core of bouboling > the bols do not have to
hardly leave your palm to produce the tactile response at the catch > try bubb'n every which way
you can, as far as you can reach and every way you can have the bol leave your hand before you
catch it (for whimsy try saying bub every time you do a catch)

swap'n
tossing a single bol from one hand to the other so it is caught on the beat > try this with a heavy
bol > also try doing a bub after the catch on the swap (this works great with some tracks)

handl'n
moving the bols while holding or rolling them in your hand > keep an open mind about all the ways
you can possibly move either one bol or two > borrow moves from Tai Chi (see video
HERE)
sync'n
moving two bols in sync > keep an open mind about the paths they can travel

wugg'n
shifting or twisting a bol over a small distance > this can also be done with two bols held close
together > wugg'n constantly changes the muscle fibers that are working > this is a good
technique for working with heavy bols > when you are doing it correctly it will make you want to
say "ugg"

wuvv'n
waving the bols > using one bol or two > this is the core of flowwin and an important part of
wogglin > try wuvv'n as though you are conducting an orchestra

swing'n
keeping your arms straight and the bol traveling the radius dictated by the length of your arm

roll'n
moving the bols in a circular motion just in front of you (like you are dog paddling) > now add bubs
at the front of the rolls > this is an easy form of bubb'n > it is useful as a neutral point for
changing between booogys

rippl'n
just easy bubb'n right in front > this is important for beboling > you may also use rippl'n while you
are coookin (when your feet are
really moving)

fling'n
tossing the bol out to the end of your reach > mostly your fingers will all along the reach be on
the outside of the bol > try fling'n with one hand while rippl'n with the other (this is great for
traveling corner to corner)

waggl'n
wiggling, waggling or gyrating any of your body parts any which way for the purpose of working
and loosening the joints > can also be done as an artistic expression > can be done with the
muscles relaxed or tensed

little booogy
you do not have to worry about learning routines or dance steps,
but if you find you really like
bouboling you may develop short combinations of steps and boubol action that work for you > call
these a little booogy > so to be succinct you can say to a friend, "hey! teach me that little booogy"

the circles separating
the swooops are to show
that the separation is not a
clear division > each swooop gyres
mimsy-like into the other two > there
is a chance that there should be other swooops
> it is a certainty that there should be additional bouzals

It is fundamental to being human that there is a deep reaction to music, rhythm and the beat >
whatever this deep reaction is, bubb'n connects strongly with it > the personal response to this
connection may be strong enough to precipitate addictive behavior (although it is probably
healthier than other abused behaviors)
Anyone doing any level of bouboling should be certain it is within their level of fitness
If you are not sure you should be bouboling at a certain level
check with your doctor!
Be gentle with your body when bouboling > especially when bomboling
Do not bombol where you could fall into windows or other glass or strike sharp corners or edges
Be aware that when you are into a track, the music can lead you to over-exertion
Increase the intensity of your sessions slowly > you may not feel your true degree of exertion
Work up the weights of the bols VERY slowly > your body needs time to strengthen
Always do a good series of stretches like you should before any workout
Be particularly gentle with your knees and loosen them up thoroughly
When bomboling, be sure to do some warmmin and heeatin before coookin
Other than small hops, keep one foot on the floor at all times to keep to low-impact
It is recommended that at all times in all bouzals you keep your butt above your knees
The bols can be dropped on any floor but sailed into fragile items they will wreak havoc
IF you are doing something faster and harder than coookin  (particularly if both feet are
constantly leaving the floor at the same time)
then you are doing something dangerous > such
strenuous efforts should not be attempted by anyone below the physical level of an Olympic
athlete or US Army Ranger > this is particulary dangerous because
if you are into the music, it
may lead you well beyond where you would otherwise slow down or stop

swooops relate to

Music is an essential part of bouboling, without the
music you are just exercising with toning balls >
bubb'n connects you to the beat, and most
energetically, to the back beat > our experience is
that there are only a limited percentage of tracks
that are well suited to bomboling, but virtually all
music can fit into one of the three swooops  (the
criteria that determines whether a track is
particularly good for bomboling may limit your
choices to a few million)
There is one thing that is the vital core of bouboling, and it stems from a physiological sensation
meshing with the inherent response to music (especially but not exclusively, music with a strong
back beat)  When you toss the bols and catch them on the beats, it links you into the music.  Let
me emphasize;
when you toss the bols and catch them on the beats, it links you into the music.

To state what may be obvious:  you can use bols in ways that if done with other kinds of weights
would likely be destructive to body and/or surroundings
and the more energetic bouzals burn
calories like crazy.  Whatever the rest of your body is doing, moving the bols is burning calories.
bomboling - the aerobic exercise third > basically dancing while bubb'n
wabboling - stretching, loosening and strengthening > more handl'n and swap'n than bubb'n
beboling   -  the third for contemplation, problem solving or just groovin with the music

Selecting the terminology of bouboling is like Columbus renaming the Caribbean islands,
but hopefully these names will be freely embraced and so provide a common language
for evolving what can be a new form of health giving exercise, creative expression and
an implement for nurturing inner harmony > Litl Crcl did not invent bouboling but as far
as we know we did discover bubb'n > Litl Crcl can't claim ownership of the actuality of
bouboling > however we can claim ownership of the naming convention....so >>
Try using the Windows Media Player for your music > sort the tracks into play lists that are
named for the nine bouzals > before starting a workout, open the bouzal play lists and drag
tracks into the editing pane > it is easy to pause the tracks or modify the selection during the
workout > when the play is stopped there is a total of the time for the selected tracks shown at
the top of the editing pane > you can do essentially the same thing with iTunes or other mp3 player

The music you use for bouboling is a highly subjective selection and no two people will like the
same tracks > the tracks listed on the three swooop pages are our choices and may not click with
you at all

Two people may like a track but use it for different swooops or bouzals > you may even find that
on different days you use a particular track for a different bouzal > hopefully everyone will find
tracks listed that they like > at the very least the lists should clarify in your own mind what to
look for in the big wide world of music

With luck you will find tracks that have either a rhythm or beat that you can work with AND have
lyrics that click with your own philosophy > those tracks will be not just a piece of music, but a
cherished and valuable asset

Go through your own music and when one seems to have a good beat, try a little bubb'n or wuvv'n
with it > friends getting together, going through their music and testing a boubol out on likely
tracks should make for a fun time > with several friends it might even make a good party
Bouboling combines music and boubols for the
purposes of: exercising your body,  balancing and
brightening your mental state,  savoring movement,
bathing in music  and  nurturing your spirit.

Bouboling is basically simple.  You need some space,
the right music, the bols and the basic concepts.
Don't worry about choreographed routines or that
you are not a dancer.  Just start the music, pick up
the bols and move.

If you have the moxie to take bomboling outside and travel like you would if jogging,  do not
choose a path that crosses streets  > your head may be somewhere else entirely on top of having
the music blocking out the sound of an approaching vehicle
